Ghost shaker Happy Mail Treat Bag
Hello Denise here today to make this cute Shaker Ghost Treat Bag.
I am going to show you how to recycle a treat bag into this fun Happy Mail Pocket.
You can fill it up with treats to gift.
Trace around the Base Piece on the paper Or cardstock you will be using.
Then glue it to the ghost base piece.
Then let’s glue together two of the frame pieces.
The main top frame piece I am covering with a Glitter paste and will let dry.
Then glue the acrylic piece to the bottom of the top frame piece.
Get your shaker mix and then glue the two frame pieces we glued together. Glue that piece to the base.
Let Dry.
Fill with the shaker mix.
Now apply wet glue to the top acrylic piece and glue it to the base over the shaker bits.
The Treat bag Assembly is really quick just fold the bottom piece towards the back of the envelope/treat bag.
Glue the sides and apply the folded piece to the back of the bag and seal the sides good.
You can even cut that bottom piece before gluing and make an additional tuck spot.
It’s totally up to you.
I will show you have to cover with printed cardstock and how the embellishments look.
Use double sided tape or Wet glue for the covering of our treat bag.
I made embellishments and ephemera for this project. Feel free to use anything that inspires you from your stash.
Stixkers and especially Chipboard embellishments from Clear _Scraps would be perfect too.
You can cover the flap as well if liked.
I used a scrap piece for an extra tuck and distressed with a yarn cutting tool. Inked all of the edges on the tucks, pockets and main treat bag. It adds an extra depth that suited this project.
The front There is a hidden tuck that the ghost is protecting.
I hope you enjoyed this tutorial and are inspired to make one.
