Hello Craft Friends!
I'm Dana and today I'll be sharing some Clear Scraps Chipboard Divider Cards. There are many styles to chose from, including some new designs. Click here For my project today I'll be using Clear Scraps Rounded Tab Divider Cards 3 pack Click here
The papers I chose are an older Prima Marketing collection "Zella Teal". This is one way to use up all your leftover scraps and embellishments from your craft stash! These Divider Cards measure about 4 x 3 & 5/8 inches.
To begin I took some Folkart Cottage White acrylic paint and applied my paint around all edges, bottom and tabs on both sides of my Cards. Let dry. See photo:
Next we can gather our scrap papers, Stickers, and any other embellishments you have on hand.
Card 1: I took a small ephemera card and stapled at the top. I cut my floral lined paper to measure 4x3 inches. Glue in place. I glued my stapled ephemera sentiment at the top left corner. I added a Sweet sticker sentiment on the tab, glued some small Prima flowers and a few Prima crystals scattered on my Divider card base. Here's a photo:
Card 1 Backside: I covered my Divider card with another patterned paper cut to the same size. I From my scrap paper I cut out this sentiment phase " fall in love". See photo:
Glue your paper in place and glue the sentiment on the leftside. Glue a few Prima crystals on my Divider card and add a puffy sticker sentiment on the top tab and a puffy flower sticker towards the bottom edge. . Here's a photo:
Card 2: I cut and covered the Divider card with a silver/tan floral paper. Then I took out one of the ephemera frames and glued a photo onto the backside, trimming my photo down so it shows through the window of my frame. I applied some matching washi tapes on the top and bottom edges on my frame. See photo:
Now glue your frame on the left side. I glued a chipboard sticker Love, love, love on the right side. And a puffy sticker heart on my tab. Here's a closeup look:
Card 2 Backside: I covered my Divider card with a polka dot paper. See photo:
Taking a small ephemera card I adhered as a side pocket. I cut out this small journal card "Bloom" and scored in the center, folded it in half. I applied a small heart tab puffy sticker at the top of my journal card and tucked inside my side pocket. To finish I applied another small tan heart puffy sticker onto the top tab. Here's a couple photos:
Card 3: I cut out another journal card "Shine On" and trimmed along the edges and glued in place. I added a small photo, a few Prima crystals and butterfly. Then applied a sticker sentiment on the top tab. Here's a photo:
Card 3 Backside: I cut down a 4x6 inch journal card to fit on my Divider card. Glue in place. On the right side I applied the puffy sticker words LOVE. On the top tab I added a sticker sentiment. Here's a photo:
Here's photos of all 3 cards:
