Home Sweet Home Memory-Dex Cards
March 27, 2023
Hello Craft Friends!
I'm Dana and I have another project to share today using the new Memory-Dex cards from Clear Scraps! For my project today I chose to use the Clear Scraps House's Chipboard Divider Cards Click here there are so many different styles to chose from, you'll want to collect more than one set and mix and match them to any theme or decor.
There are also different style Wooden Boxes, Click here you can create and store all your Memory-Dex cards inside. How fun is that!
The papers I chose are from Simple Stories "Hearth and Home" collection. This is a great way to use up all your leftover Scraps!
To begin I painted the tops and bottom edges on both sides using acrylic Black paint. Let dry.
Next I chose several different papers to decorate the front and back sides of each Memory-Dex card.
Now the fun part begins! You can chose what embellishments you want to use to decorate each side of your card. I like to use a variety of stickers, Chipboard stickers, ephemera, Brads and enamel dots!
Front of Card 1: I added some of the Journaling bits and pieces sentiments, mixer sticker I applied foam dots on the back before adhering to my card. I adhered some chipboard sticker spoons and 3 enamel dots on the chimney and Love this sticker on the roof. Here's a closeup!
Back of card 1: I cut out a small sentiment piece, applied foam dots on the back before adhering on the left side. The Let's do Dinner, journal bits and finished with a few puffy sticker floral/vase, and bird. Here's a closeup!
Front of Card 2: I took the bench ephemera piece and adhered with foam dots, and acouple chipboard sticker elements.
Back of Card 2:
I took 3 of the houses Journaling bits and pieces and adhered to my card using foam dots. A puffy sticker on the chimney and Home chipboard sticker on the roof!
Front of Card 3: I adhered 3 chipboard sentiment phases and chipboard flower to the base. A puffy sticker at the top!
Back of Card 3: I cut out the laundry sign from a scrap paper. Applied to the card with foam dots. I glued a days of the week journal bits piece on the left side. And a few cchipboardhearts and bird stickers. To finish I added a heart sticker on the roof.
Here's a look at my finished Memory-Dex cards!
