Clear Scraps--Mini Shaker--31 Spooky Reasons LO

Hi there everyone!!  Do you have some spooktacular pictures

to scrap from Halloween?  Some adorable pumpkin patch,

trick or treating, or Halloween party pics?   I've got some

inspiration to get you started today!

This LO was created using the adorable Clear Scraps

Mini Shaker Circle Ghosts!  There is also a bat

version of this circle shaker:

Clear Scraps Mini Shaker Ghosts

These are so easy and fun to make and they add

a lot to a scrapbook page--including movement,

when you add your filler to the shaker piece!

This shaker was painted with black acrylic paint for the

frame, I used a brush to go in and paint the ghosts with

white acrylic paint, and then after they dried, I brushed a

little gray distress ink onto the ghosts.   The background

came from tracing the solid circle back onto patterned

paper and gluing it down to that back layer.  Then the

frame pieces were layered on, gluing as you go, then

add the filler/sequins before you get to the acrylic layer.

In this case it was the Clear Scraps Spooky Sequins mix.

If you'd like to see all the super cute options in the

Clear Scraps store, check them all out HERE.

After the sequins are in, then you can glue down

the acrylic layer.  Remember that you need to peel

off the protective film on BOTH sides of this acrylic

piece.  It's a great feature that protects the acrylic

until you are ready to complete your project!

Final step is the painted frame over the acrylic

layer.  It's so fun and easy to make these and

they add so much to the page!

If you want to check out ALL of the shaker

options available in the Clear Scraps store,

you can find everything HERE.  There is

a mini shaker for almost every occasion!

Thanks so much for stopping by today!
