Cutest Pups 12x12 Layout by Kristin Rizzo

Hello, it's Kristin here and I am excited to be sharing my third project for the Clear Scraps Design Team.  I just love to scrapbook, especially when it comes to my fur babies!  I'm here today to share a layout I made using three of the Mini Shaker Heart/Paws.

I couldn't wait to use these shakers on a layout of my three girls: Bristol, Millie & Bailey.  I started by staining the chipboard with Distress Stain in Walnut Stain.  While I had that out, I also stained the chipboard piece I had in my stash that said, "cutest".

I put together a shaker mix with sequins and gems from my stash, added them to the shakers and glued them together,

I started the layout by using a plate from my kitchen and traced a half circle out of the printed patterned paper on the left-hand side of the page.  I glued that to the yellow patterned paper and added the sticker to the top of the page.  Next, I gathered all of my embellishments and started making my clusters.  After that, the layout came together fast.
