Baking Mixed Album

Hello and happy Friday!  It's Jennifer here on the blog to share another one of the fun new mini albums that were recently released!  There are four different designs to choose from and come in chipboard or mixed (chipboard + acrylic).  For today's project, I used the Baking Mixed Album which you can turn vertical or horizontal. How fun would this album be to use for favorite recipes or to share a family baking event?

The first page is the rolling pin (which I think is so cute)!  I used red and black acrylic paint to color the page and then added embellishments as shown.

The next page is acrylic which I added a light coat of StazOn Opaque to the edges to help them stand out.  I mirrored my papers and embellishments to match the third page.

I left spaces for 4x6 photos or recipes on each page with white cardstock.  I matted each onto black cardstock as well as added a piece of patterned paper behind.

My next page is chipboard which I painted in the same  red color as the rolling pin.  I had my tabs facing the same way but you can definitely "flip" each one to alternate. There is no wrong way!

For this next acrylic page, I used my scoring tool to create a flap to add more journaling/embellishments.

Here are close up of my last two pages! I love mixing up my patterned papers and love how they contrast with the red acrylic paint!
