Hey there everybody! Laura is here with you today!
I'm sharing a fun little springtime home decor project!
Gnomes and bee hives--perfect springtime cuteness! And
Clear Scraps is right on trend with their BRAND NEW
Mini Shakers! Here I used the new Mini Shaker Bee.
I painted the different colors using a paint brush and
black, white and yellow acrylic paint. The back was
traced out of the black and white swiss dot patterned
paper, cut out and glued down. The sequins are the
Glamour Sequins from the Clear Scraps collection--
the colors in this sequin mix are perfect for the bee
or the hive shakers! And if you love this cute little
bee shaker, there is also, a little beehive, and so many
more of the NEW that you can find HERE in the Clear
Scraps store. Make sure to stop by and check it out!
And I didn't even talk about the base of this set yet!
It starts with the Clear Scraps Chip Regular Slimline
Album. I just used 2 out of the 5 pages, so you could
make another great home decor project with the other
pieces! There are great matching borders for these too!
If you see along the top--the pretty decorative border is
the Clear Scraps Deco Chipboard Border. It adds a pretty
extra touch to the project, and is super easy to use by just
painting with gray acrylic paint and gluing to the back of the
base piece. I decorated everything with some pretty papers
and stickers, and then punched holes to add rings and ribbon
to hold it all together and some twine to create a hanger.
If you'd like to see these great slimline album choices and
the different shapes and types (chip, wood, acrylic) stop
by the Clear Scraps store HERE.
Thanks so much for stopping by today!
