Clear Scraps Heart Printer Tray Frame--Always & Forever

Hi there everyone! Laura here with you today to share a little
Valentine's or even everyday love, wedding, family, home
decor project inspiration!
Have you tried one of the Clear Scraps Printer Tray Frames yet?
These are so much fun! I started with the Heart Printer Tray Frame.
I painted it red, then stamped with white acrylic paint using a
script rubber stamp. The colors mix to a sort of soft pink.
You can see the effect a little better in this picture.
Love playing with effects like this--something different!
Another of the great things about the printer trays. You
choose what you want to do so it matches your project.
Ink, paint, stamping, embossing, glitter glue, crackle
medium. Only limited by your creativity--have fun!
So next step, I traced the back of the printer tray onto a sheet
of patterned paper, cut it out and glued it to the back piece.
Then it was time to decorate. I used some ephemera pieces,
stickers, and enamel dots. One of the keys is to layer to give
the project more depth. I put items under the acrylic tray
cover, glued that and the painted top piece of the frame down,
then I added pieces on top of the frame as well. I use some
foam tape if needed to layer it onto the acrylic piece.
The upper corner has a gorgeous Clear Scraps Ornate
Flourish Chipboard Embellishment.
It was simply painted with aqua acrylic paint, glued on and then
embellished with a few more ephemera pieces and enamel dots.
The bottom portion has a few sequins and sprinkles mixed in.
