Hello everyone! This is Melly Art and I am sharing my second project with you today. This is one of my very favorite fall decor projects ever! Believe it or not, this was very easy to put together!

I started off by using an old Creative Memories border punch, with the pumpkins cartridge. I don’t remember exactly how many I punched out, but it was a lot. I pierced holes in both ends and adhered them with a brad, so I was able to move them into a half circle. To get it to stand, I glued it to a stack of heavy chipboard pieces.

For my
Love XL Script Wood Word, first I painted it white and left it to completely dry. Then using a fan brush and metallic silver paint, I brushed it over the white, but not solidly allowing the white to peek through quite a bit.
To finish this off, I found a pretty stick laying on the sidewalk, while I out walking my dog. I thought it was the perfect piece to stick in the center to keep my pumpkin standing up. I cut a stem for the top, and created a pumpkin to go on the inside. From here I just added embellishments.
Along with my pumpkin, I added some leaves, raffia, a pumpkin flair, an acrylic pumpkin, making them stand up with some folded chipboard.
To decorate the “love” I used some more raffia, a cute acrylic piece, some acrylic hearts, and some sequins.
I loved creating this piece! My sister loved how this came together as well; so much in fact that she stole it!
Happy crafting!
