These printer trays are so much fun to create to match any season, or style. I have so many fall favorites,  that I decided to make that my focus for my designing my printer tray! I'm using Simple Stories adorable paper collection "Cozy Days" to decorate my printer tray.

To start, remove all your pieces from your package. I took some taupe acrylic paint and applied the paint to the top chipboard piece from your tray.  You can use any color of paint, glitter, stamps etc...you prefer. Set aside to dry.

Now choose whatever papers you'd like to use to decorate the sections of your tray. I traced and cut out all the base papers for each section of my tray. I used a variety of patterned papers and journaling cards. Glue to the back of the bottom chipboard base, making sure you line up all edges and your images are centered evenly. I recommend using Beacon 3 in 1 glue to adhere your chipboard layers together.

Now glue your next chipboard layer over the previous one. Then we are ready to decorate the inside sections of your tray. I like to use a variety of different embellishments but you can do as much or less as you like. Just let your creativity flow!

For my top section of my printer tray, I fussy cut out some images from my various journaling cards and papers,  inked around the edges and used pop dots to adhere to my base. The sentiments I cut from the papers and glued above my images.

For the middle section I trimmed and adhered a Pumpkin n spice journaling card to the back.  I fussy cut a pumpkin and adhered with foam dots over the matching  pumpkin image on my journaling card. On the right and left sections in the middle I adhered 2 more journaling cards.

On the remaining bottom section, I fussy cut more of these cute images and adhered onto the base. Added a few sticker sentiments to finish.

Next take your acrylic layer and peel off the protective film on both sides. Carefully glue your acrylic layer onto the previous layer. Finally glue your top chipboard layer in place. I fussy cut a piece of pie and a flower/vase  and glued along the right and left sides of my tray. I took a few Dazzle stickers and added to my flower pot centers. I also added a few sticker sentiments and hearts to decorate scattered areas on the front of my tray.

To finish I added some tulle to the back of my tray for hanging!
