The paper collection I'm using to decorate my mason jar is Frank Garcia's Autumn Sunset and Amber Moon collections.

To start, paint the edges around your jar (about a 1/4 or so) using a cream acrylic paint.  Make sure to paint all sides and inbetween all pallet spaces. Let dry.

Next decide on what papers you want to use to decorate the 3 pallet surfaces. Measurements are as follows.

Top pallet: 5 x 1/2 inches, Middle pallet: 5 &1/2 x 2 3/4 inches, Bottom pallet: 5 1/4 x 2 1/4 inches. Round all edges before adhering with glue to your pallet surfaces. Trim off excess paper on the top pallet on both sides with x-acto knife.  Smooth around all edges with distress or sanding tool.

Next take some Jute cord and wrap around the top of your mason jar a few times and tie a knot towards the back. I took some fall foliage dies in my craft stash and diecut some pieces from some of my leftover papers. I tucked these fall foliage leaves and stems under my cord and glued them down securely. Then adhered a chipboard sticker heart "Autumn is Love" on top in the center of my top pallet surface.

For my middle pallet surface I added a flower and more chipboard stickers sentiment and this cute little bird.

For my bottom pallet surface, I fussy cut out acouple butterflies and adhered with some glue. I lifted up their wings so they were appear to be flying away!  I glued a ephermera pumpkin on the right bottom corner. Took this cute rabbit ephermera and added some foam dots to the back. Then adhered on top of the pumpkin. I also added a chipboard sticker sentiment!

To finish my project I added a few crystal gems and some Stickles glitter on the pumpkin surfaces and butterfly wings!
