Clear Scraps Wood Phone Stand--Laugh Often

Hello everyone!  Laura is here with you today to share a fun project you can use everyday!

This bright cheerful project was created using the Clear Scraps Wood Phone Stand!

These are so fun to create with, and they are not only a useful way to hold your phone

right on your desktop, counter, or wherever, but you can decorate them up and give

them as a gift too!  They come in a lot of options, including acrylic, and there is a

larger size for tablets as well!  The design is perfect too, that little notch in the base

allows room for the charger on your phone/tablet so it's practical as well!

So easy to make, on this one I painted the wooden base, and then traced it

onto pretty paper and cut it out a bit inside the line to leave a little frame of

the painted area showing.  I inked around the edges with distress ink, then

glued it down.  Next, I layered on a 3x4" journal card with a nice sentiment

then added a couple of flower stickers and enamel dots to dress it up just a bit.

Keep the embellishments to a minimum because you don't want too much bulk

when you'll be putting your device on there.  These are limited only by your

own creativity!  Find the other options in the Clear Scraps store right HERE.

One final tip about this particular project:

Yes the stand detaches if you want!  I love this feature.  You CAN glue it

permanently, but I love this option if I take my phone on vacation or to a

crop!  The stand can detach so you can have it flat so it's easy to carry!

Thanks so much for stopping by today!  Stop back soon for more inspiration!
