If you haven't worked with acrylic before and have felt afraid to try, I can assure you will find it so easy.  I'll walk you through every step. And Clear Scraps acrylic is very sturdy and the possibilities are endless what you can create!

Open your package and remove the protective film off both sides of each piece of acrylic. Lay them out as shown on the diagram. I placed the labeled letters behind each piece just to keep them in order.

Assemble your box and glue all pieces together and apply the round clear stickers, (included) to each corner of your box.  This help hold your box together. I recommend using a strong solvent based adhesive such as Beacon 3 in 1 glue. It's my favorite go to glue for all my projects!

After throughly dried, remove all clear round stickers from the corners. To decorate my box I chose to use Graphic45 Elegance collection. I used a variety of papers, chipboard, diecuts and ephermera pack.

First I chose one of the border papers and cut them down to fit 5 inches on long sides and 3 & 1/2 inches on short sides.  I inked the edges eith Distress ink before gluing. Adhere your border strips along the bottom edges of your box.

Next I chose one of the journaling cards and adhered it to the inside bottom of my box.

For the top cover I cut another border strip and adhered to the bottom of my cover, took a chipboard sentiment and adhered in the center of my top cover. I fussy cut out a butterfly and dress form from the coordinating papers. Inked the edges of my pieces. Added some foam dots to the back of the dress form before gluing. Took a diecut leaf, some flowers and glued them in the right corner of my chipboard piece. Then added the butterfly and some glitter accents to the butterfly wings and dress form.

I decided to make 3 matching tags with leftover papers and items in my stash. For the tags I used Clear Scraps 12 x12 acrylic sheet. Click Here

My tags measure 2 & 1/2 x 3 & 3/4 inches. Remember to peel off the protective film before decorating. I punch holes at the top of each tag. Then I decorated each tag. I used a variety of papers, diecuts, small ephermera cards, flowers and gems! And of course some glitter accents. Lastly I tied some pink and white tulle through the top hole on each tag. These tags will  fit nicely inside your box.
