Hello Spring Wood Shape Wall Hanging by Maya

This is Us Layout by Maya

Greetings! Maya on the blog today here to share this 8.5 x 11 layout using a film strip chipboard and This is Us chipboard word title! I also used the 6'' XOXO stencil for the background. The chipboards are great to use on the layouts and they definitely gave this layout a dimensional look. I love how it turned out!

I started by using a 8.5 x 11 white paper and I backed my photos with patterned paper. Next, I added some watercolor splatter effect to the background by using Distress Oxide Ink.

I decided to paint the chipboards with some colors so that they match the colors of the patterned papers I chose.

For the background, I also applied XOXO stencil with ink blending technique by using distress oxide ink and blending foams.

After I finished the background, I used double sided adhesive tape to adhere the papers and glued the chipboard with tacky glue. Also, I added extra touches by using small embellishments like patterned stickers and punched out hearts.
