Hello Crafty Friends! It's Dana and I'm back today to share a winter card I created using Clear Scraps Snow Globe shaker! Click Here

Clear Scraps has so many cute shakers to choose from. So be sure to check them all out! I chose Crate paper "Snow and Cocoa" papers and stickers to decorate my card.

First we'll create our shaker. Take the top chipboard shaker shape and paint the front and sides with gold acrylic paint. Let dry. Next I chose one of the papers to cover the top part of my snow globe. Trace with a pencil and cut this piece out. Then adhere to your bottom chipboard piece using Beacon 3 in 1 Glue.

After this dries, take sandpaper or your distress tool and smooth the edges. Next I fuzzy cut out a snowman and tree and adhered those on top of my snow globe piece. Make sure it lines up and shows through the snow globe space. I added a Snow word sticker on the right upper corner.

Now glue the next two chipboard shaker shapes in place over top of your base. Then you can add any shaker elements you like. I added some little snowballs and glitter snow. Take your acrylic shaker piece and peel off the protective layer on both sides before gluing on top. Next glue your top snow globe shaker piece in place. Avoid moving or shaking  until throughly dry. I use some small clothespins to hold my shaker in place till it dries. Last I added a warm wishes sticker sentiment to my bottom snow globe base. Set the shaker aside for now.

For my card: base measures 7x5. I cut out a coordinating paper at 63/4 x 4 3/4 and adhered it to my card base, leaving about a 1/4 of white card showing. Next I cut another coordinating paper at 21/4 x 4 1/2 inches, and adhered this on the right side of my card. Take your snow globe shaker and adhere to the left side of your card using Beacon 3 in 1 Glue. I added pop dots to the back of my Winter sentiment and adhered on top right side of my card. Scattered a few snowflake stickers to my card, a chipboard sticker house and a white pom pom on the little bird's hat. Lastly I added Stickles Stardust glitter around the roof of the house, bird's tummy and bird's sweater.
