Happy Valentine's Day Tags

Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here today working with tags from the Chipboard Tag Album.  The tag album consists of 4 different shaped tags, and I selected 2 to use for a set of special Valentine's Day Tags.

I began by inking the tags with an irridiscent ink.

Then I used the tags as stencils to cut my papers to fit.

Using Rinea Foiled Papers, I cut the first layer in gold and the second layer in red.
The second layer was embossed with a Cuttlebug embossing folder then the layers were adhered to the tag.

I repeated the process for the second tag but used pink foil for the tag and used a different embossing folder.

The foiled panels were adhered to the tags.

Now that the tag bases were complete, it was time to decorate so I pulled items from my stash.

I die cut additional foil layers and added them to the tags, then I placed flowers and sentiments on top.

I stamped two Prima girls and colored them with Copic Markers.  Then I fussy cut them and placed them atop the tags.

Finally, ribbons were tied to the tags to complete the tags.

Aren't they sweet?

Thanks for stopping by.

Steph
