Merry Christmas Bulb Ornament by Steph

Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here today working with the Bulb Medium DIY Pallet Shape.  Clear Scraps has a number of different seasonally  shaped wood pallets that can be decorated in many different ways.

At approximately 8" x 10", this ornament pallet is a perfect Christmas decor piece.

Using  the Jolly Variety Foiled Paper Collection from Rinea Foiled Papers, I used Silver Starstruck, Ruby Starstruck and Ruby Glossy foiled papers, tracing the bulb on the foils to get the shapes I wanted.

I adhered the foiled pieces to the panel and trimmed away any excess papers.

To decorate, I die cut poinsettias from Ruby/Gold Glossy and leaves from Emerald Starstruck Foiled Papers.  I adhered them to the left side of the panel.  Once dried, the poinsettias were formed and shaped with my fingers.  The sweet phrase was die cut from Silver Starstruck and Gold/Gold Glossy Foiled Papers then placed among the poinsettias.

To accent the phrase, Emerald/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper was die cut and added to the leaves and Liquid Pearls were added to simulate berries.     Liquid Pearls were also to the centers of the poinsettias then added around the entire panel.

Isn't it sweet!

Thanks for stopping by.
