Hi there all!  Laura here today with some creative inspiration to get you

started on making your own, fun, summer home decor project!

This bright cheerful home decor piece started with one of the Clear Scraps

Square Medium DIY Pallet Shapes.  These medium pallets are the perfect

size for a cute little home decor project for yourself or a gift.  The square is

about 7&1/2" by 7&1/2".  Paint, stamp, ink, or cover with paper as I did here.

The square is super easy to work with, just cut strips of paper to fit and glue

on.  These projects are a great way to use up scraps too!  I did ink the edges

of the paper before I glued it down.

You can see in this close up how easy it is to decorate one of these pallets

up, I used a 3/4" journal card with a fun sentiment, matted it on white

cardstock, then used the sticker set from the same paper collection to

decorate around the sentiment/saying to make it the focal point of  the

project.  Using foam tape behind some of the stickers give extra

dimension, layers and adds interest.

I did the same here, it's another thing that makes these so easy

to work with, you can create different areas of interest on the

different slats/sections of the pallet.

Like what you see?  Make sure to visit the Clear Scraps

store to see all the pallet options!  There are so many

choices of shapes like a heart, circle, house, mason jar, and

holiday/seasonal too like a pumpkin and a ghost!  These are

just so cute and fun to create with!  If you want to see all the

different choices you can find them all right HERE.

Thanks so much for stopping by today!  Stop back soon for

a lot more inspiration coming your way!
