Clear Scraps Rectangle Medium DIY Pallet -- Welcome Fall Pallet
November 14, 2019
Hi there everyone! It's Laura sharing some fall love today!
With Thanksgiving coming soon, I thought it would be nice
to have a greeting to welcome friends and family a the door.
It's a home decor project that makes you feel right at home!
The Clear Scraps Rectangle 12x10 Medium DIY Pallet Shape
is a really versatile surface for any home decor project you
dream up! Truly another of my favorite Clear Scrap items in
their store! The other shaped Medium Pallets are wonderful
too, and you can find all kinds of shapes that will be specific
to your project. Find them all in the Clear Scraps store HERE.
The size is perfect to cover with some pretty patterned 12x12
paper. I cut it to size, and then inked around the edges of each
piece, then glued it onto the pallet base. I used a brighter color
in the middle to highlight the word Welcome in the center.
This word is one of the Clear Scraps XL Script Wood Words.
It's painted up with brown acrylic paint, then glued down to the
DIY pallet. Using the lighter paper really makes the word pop!
You could keep this project super simple, the paper and the
XL Script Wood Word makes a really nice welcome sign for your
home. I went a little further with the fall theme with few additions.
This is a combo of chipboard and stickers from a fall kit collection.
Nothing too complicated, just a little something layered up, then adding
the ribbon and tag around the bottom board, finishes the project off nicely.
It's the extra little touches that just make a home decor piece feel like "home".
Thanks so much for stopping by today!
There is so much inspiration coming your way this month...stop back soon!
