Enjoy the Journey Pallet

Hello and happy Friday!  It's Jennifer on the blog to share a home decor project I  created using some of the new Clear Scraps products! If you have not had a chance to play with any of the new wood pallets, you must!   I  began with the Rectangle Medium DIY Pallet Shape as my base and added a coat of brown acrylic paint.

Using orange chalk paint, I  then colored the new Enjoy the Journey XL Script Wood Quote.  I  allowed some of the wood to show through to give it a rustic look.  When my Wood Quote was dry, I  adhered it to the pallet using Beacon 3-in-1 Adhesive.

I  thought the new Tall Trees Chipboard Embellishment Shapes would go perfect with my outdoor themed project! I  painted the trunks with brown acrylic paint then covered the remainder with patterned paper.  I  used my x-acto knife and a sanding tool to remove any excess paper.
