Luck of the Irish Printer's Tray

Hi there everybody!  Laura with you here today,

and I've got a little Luck of the Irish waiting for you,

in this St. Patty's Day project I have to share with you!

Have you checked out Clear Scraps great selection of

Printer's Trays?  They have so many different shapes,

and they are so fun to create with!

You can use them for a special family memory,

like a trip, or graduation, or wedding, and so on.

I chose the Deco Printer Tray Frame.

You can find the entire selection in the store HERE.

The frame can be painted, inked, stamped, a lot of

great options!  I used green acrylic paint to start,

then brushed around the frame's edges with black

distress ink.  The individual frame sections are

decorated inside and outside.  I cut the center pieces

to fit with a regular paper trimmer, the outer edges are

traced since they have the deco edge.

The little beads are added right before you glue down

the acrylic layer.  Then the shamrocks were

fussy cut out of a printed paper and glued to the

outside of the acrylic using Beacon Adhesive.

More fussy cuts and some bling add a little more

St. Patty's green and gold magic.  The little twine bow

is inside the acrylic....so there is plenty of room to add

more than just the little beads behind the shaker layer.

Love being able to include small touches like that!

Thanks so much for stopping by today!

Hope you are inspired to create a bit of your own

magic with one of these awesome printer's trays!

You are sure to find a shape you'll love to create with

in the Clear Scraps store, along with a ton of fun

embellishments, and even sequins to use in your tray!
