Hello, Clear Scraps family. Leah here with you today to share this Custom Wordbook mini album.

Clear Scraps makes it so easy to create a custom album for you.
I chose my new granddaughter's name, Sophia. It is created using both Acrylic & Chipboard.

On two of the acrylic letters (S and I) I painted the letter from the backside to make the letter stand out. I also used Viva Paint pearls on the front of the acrylic letters to add interest and set it aside to dry. It took about an hour.

On the chipboard letters, I adhered pattern paper and cut away the excess.

I absolutely love using chipboard and acrylic together. You just have to plan ahead a little bit when working with acrylic so you can hide adhesive and other things you don't want to show through.

On some of the letters, I placed ribbon, paper, or twine to help the letter pop so you can see it better with how busy the patterns and embellishments are.

If you order a custom album, and believe me, you totally SHOULD, make sure you get a back piece, as it will help protect the last letter in your album. And of course, it gives you another opportunity to throw in some more photos! :)

See you next month!
