Clear Scraps Fall Wreath

Hello friends! It's Jennifer and I'm back to share a fun home decor wreath that is easy to create!   Did you know Clear Scraps sells XL Acrylic Letters?  I was able to snag one at a recent Scrapbook Expo where Clear Scraps had a booth!  Today, I'm going to show you how I created my project!

All Clear Scraps acrylic has a protective film on both sides so be sure to remove before embellishing! Using Beacon 3-in-1 Craft Adhesive, I adhered my patterned paper at an angle over my letter. Once dry, I was able to trim the excess with an x-acto knife and sanding tool.

Next, using a favorite floral stamp and Staz On Opaque Ink, I turned my letter over and stamped the back. This allows any stamped images to be hidden by the patterned paper, as well as so the adhesive doesn't alter the Staz On.

Here is an up close photo of the stamped result!  I love the way the white looks on the acrylic!

For my wreath, I used a large embroidery hoop and two different colors of wired ribbon. I simply looped and tied my ribbon alternating colors until the hoop was full.

Thanks for stopping by today!  Hope this inspires you to do creating with Clear Scraps! Have a wonderful day!

Additional products used: patterned paper: Jillibean Soup; punch: EK Success; stamp: Stampers Anonymous; ribbon: Snug Hug; bakers twine: The Twinery; misc: embroidery hoop, floral sprig; hot glue gun.
