Hello friends!  Debbie with you today sharing a summery beach banner I created with Clear Scraps Large Banners.

To get started on this banner I simply traces the chipboard onto patterned paper and then cut it out.  You will need 2 pieces per banner piece.

Adhere 1  piece of patterned paper to one banner piece. Do this for the rest of the pieces, do not cover the back yet.

Cut 10 - 2x12 strips of coordinating paper  and punch one side of each strip.

Adhere 1 strip to one side of the chipboard on the back and trim excess.

Now do the opposite side of panel and trim. Cover back panel with patterned paper.

Next step is to add some modeling paste using the 6'' Swirl Stencil

Before it dries add some embossing powder and heat set.

Once this is dry you are ready to embellish your banner pieces.

To embellish these banner I used hand made flowers, rosettes and die cut doilies.  To give it a finishing touch I used some gel medium and

adhered some Clear Scraps Ocean Sequins to the pieces.

Thanks for stopping by The Clear Scraps blog today!

Hope you give this fun Banner a try!
