Clear Scraps & Quick Quotes week!

Happy Monday Clear Scraps & Quick Quotes friends!

This week Clear Scraps is teaming up with the amazing Quick Quotes team to share projects and tons of inspiration with you.

To start the week off I decided to focus my monthly tag on the beautiful New Earth Wind Fire collection from Quick Quotes and a gorgeous birdcage embellishment from Clear Scraps.

To start making this I adhered the EW100 to the backside of the Acrylic Tag.

I then cut a piece of EW105, distressed it using Powderpuff chalk ink in Navy and Amaretto. I used the same inks to layer on these beautiful new stencil butterflies.

I wanted to show you how pretty they are because I knew I would be covering most of them up with my embellishing.
I then adhered the birdcage to the beautiful EW102 paper, then cut the the excess away.

After some embellishing from the Quick Quotes chipboard, papers, and distressing with ink, my April tag is complete.
