Autism Awareness ~ puzzle stencil cards!
April Tag by Connie~

April Tag with Jennifer

Hello friends!  I'm here to share my tag for this month!  And I have some fun and easy techniques so you can recreate your own tag!

I started with my Acrylic Tag and three alcohol inks that are color coordinated.

Using the darkest color first, I started at the bottom then adding in the other two colors. Don't be afraid to allow the colors to mix...the lines don't have to be perfect.

I allowed the alcohol ink to dry and flipped over my tag.  Next, using the 6 Inch Swallowtail Butterfly Mascil and modeling paste, I applied one of the butterflies.

And here is the end result!  I used two of my butterfly hand punches to add in smaller butterflies with patterned paper.

Since I wanted most of the acrylic to show, I used just a small strip of patterned paper to adhere my saying to.

Thank you for looking today!  I hope this inspires you to do some creating with Clear Scraps Acrylic and Mascils! Have a great day!
