Desk Frame

Hello everyone, this is Adora and today I am sharing with you this 5x7 desk page frame.  I love that you get to embellish your own frame and put your own design base on the photo that you will use and your own style. This is a picture of my daughter and grandson. I cut the photo to show the design on the patterned paper , and of course I love that it is acrylic.

Back To School Acrylic Letter Box

Hello! It's Jennifer and I'm happy to share one of the fun acrylic boxes from Clear Scraps!  My kids go back to school in approximately three weeks (ack!) so I've been thinking about teacher gifts!  The Acrylic Letter Box is perfect to add some goodies for your favorite teacher! And afterward, he/she can use it to hold classroom essentials!

Clear_Scraps_Acrylic_Tag_Box

I covered each side with patterned paper using my favorite adhesive: Beacon 3-in-1!  It's perfect for using on acrylic!  I then added embellishments including an apple and title I cut from my Silhouette.

Clear_Scraps_Acrylic_Tag_Box2

Using my 6 Inch Star Mascil, I added some texture to my apple using some white texture paint.

Clear_Scraps_Acrylic_Tag_Box3

I am a big fan of stars so I wanted to create a bonus card! I simply cut a 4x5 inch pieces of acrylic from one of the 12x12 Acrylic sheets. I then used my Star Mascil and the texture paste again. This time, I added a sprinkle of glitter before lifting up the Mascil.

Here's a close up of the effect! I love how it turned out!

Next, I stamped a sentiment inside!

Happy Good Life layout with Leah

Good morning Clear Scraps fam!
Remember the July tag I shared with you recently?
Well, I used that July tag on this layout I am sharing with you today, and I think its cute as can be.

Layout_ButterflyBikechip_LeahCrowe

Along with that adorable bicycle tag, I also added Clear Scraps butterfly embellishment. It comes as two separate butterflies in your packaging, but I decided I wanted a lot of dimension on this layout. I colored the butterfly with gelatos and added a touch of Wink of Stella for some shimmer.

Layout_ButterflyBikechip2_LeahCrowe

I used my favorite Beacon 3 -in- 1 glue and only adhered the center of the body to the bottom butterfly, then I bent the wings to shape it.

Layout_ButterflyBikechip3_LeahCrowe

Did I mention how much I adore this bicycle with flower basket? Such incredible details.

Layout_ButterflyBikechip4_LeahCrowe

My littles would love riding their bikes in the driveway and then FLY out into the middle of the street. Would scare me to death. I figured out quickly that I could park my van at the end of the driveway which gave them more room to ride their bike AND added a level of safety I was comfortable with.

Thanks for stopping in today!

Summer Layout

Yes Summer Layout by Irene Tan 01

Hello Clear Scraps fans! It's Irene here and for today's post, I am sharing a summer inspired layout with you all. To create this layout, I've used Clear Scraps floral 2 border stencil to create a design on its background.

I've also used a garden acrylic border by Clear Scraps ton the left of the layout after decorating it.

July Tag with Leah

Good morning friends!
I hope you have some lovely sunshine where you are today.
JulyTag_BicycleChip_LeahCrowe

This tag was so fun to make.
I took some Texture Luxe in Copper and applied it to Clear Scraps Chipboard bicycle and let it dry.
The color and texture is pretty amazing. And check out how detailed the bicycle is.
It's so cool!

JulyTag_BicycleChip2_LeahCrowe

I punched little holes in the chipboard to add my brads.
I think this tag will be making its way onto a layout in the future!

Love Strong Cell Phone Stand by Pinky

Hello friends, it is Pinky today with a fun graduated color Clear Scraps Regular Phone Stand that I used a Rectangle Deco Top Chipboard Frame on.

Clear Scraps Glitter Love Strong Cell Phone Stand by Pinky Hobbs2

For this project I took the protective film off of the Clear Scraps Regular Phone Stand and used 4 different soft colored paints to paint it, while it was still wet I very gently shook the slightest amount of glitter onto it.
Clear Scraps Glitter Love Strong Cell Phone Stand by Pinky Hobbs3

For the Frame I colored it with Gelatos and added Glass Glitter Gel over it to seal it and add it's own glitter.

Then I used some sticker alphas to create the LOVE STRONG and lightly colored over that with Gelatos as well.

I really like the soft palette and the glitter combo. Glitter is always a good thing!

Hope you have someone to hang on to and love strong, have fun crafting and please do check out these awesome phone stands!

Until next time:

Fun Cloud Layout with Clear Scraps!

Hello! It's Jennifer and I'm here to share a layout I created using some of the fun cloud shaped Clear Scrap products!  This page was quick and easy to make and I'm going to show you how!

Clear_Scraps_12_Inch_Cloud_Mascil_layout

To create my background, I started with my 12 inch Clouds Mascil, white card stock and two different colors of spray ink. I used both colors in random spots concentrating on the edges of my page.

Here is the final effect! After drying, I was ready to start layering my papers and embellishments!

I also used one of the cute acrylic Cloud Mixers to my page! I first ran it through my embossing machine to give it a cool effect!

Faber Castell and Clear Scraps Hop...

Today I'm sharing a layout and tag I created using Faber Castell products!

I love the beach colors when blending the Gelato out. To create the effect, I scribbled Gelato on card stock and then blended the colors with white acrylic paint. I used Faber Castell Texture Gems to create clear dots on the top of the layout.

CS_july 16_beach_wprice

For my tag, I started by painting the tag with white acrylic paint. Next I scribbled a bit of Gelato on the tag and blended the color out. I embossed the sailboat stamp image with white embossing powder and colored the image with pencils.

Clear Scraps Loves Faber Castell!

Happy Thursday friends! This week has been all about the Faber Castell Design Memory craft love.
I adore how well Clear Scraps and Faber Castell mesh together. So many ideas, so little time!

FaberCastill_Star_LeahCrowe

To create this cute layout I took the 12" Stars Mascil and taped it onto Clear Scraps 12" Acrylic Sheet. I then mixed Faber Castel Glass Beads Glitter Gel with a Aqua Gelato to create the color I wanted the stenciled stars to be.

FaberCastill_Star3_LeahCrowe
This was taken while wet, but you can see the lovely little glass beads and how raised the glitter gel medium is.

FaberCastill_Star2_LeahCrowe

I also used the Faber Castel gelato's to color part of my chipboard title. They blend together so lovely!
Keep with us this week, as we have more to show off.
