Hello friends! It's Jennifer and I'm back to share another project I created using the Mini Oval Scallop Clipboard! I love love love all of the clipboards but how cute are the mini ones?! They are so quick and easy to embellish as well! I went with a spring theme to mine and used an old photo of my daughter when she was around 6 months. She had professional photos done in her Easter dress and I think she looks like a little fairy. :)
I chose to leave my acrylic bare but I do like to add some texture to the background.
Before embellishing, I used my 12 inch Chevron Mascil and white texture paste. I applied it in a diagonal motion and didn't worry covering all of the areas.
You can see my end result...it doesn't look perfect but that's ok. Try this technique and don't be afraid to "mess up". You can apply as much or as little as you see fit.
Thank you for stopping by today! The Clear Scraps shop has a wonderful selection of a multitude of sizes and shapes of Clipboards! Have a great day!
Additional products used: patterned paper, die cuts, chipboard, wood frame, wooden veneers, stickers: Crate Paper; texture paste: Heidi Swapp; enamel dot: My Mind's Eye; paper distresser: Tim Holtz; misc: stapler
