April Autism Tag by Pinky!

Hey there Clear Scraps friends,

It is Pinky today, as you may know my son Gage has Autism and April is always Autism Awareness Month so I have created some Autism crafts this month in honor of my son and all Autism parents as well as the awareness it brings. Clear Scraps has always held my son and others near and dear t their hearts and Susan created a 6" Puzzle Mascil in honor of Autism, so it makes my crafts so much more heartfelt for sure.

April Autism Awareness Clear Scraps Monthly Tags Pinky Hobbs1

The wonderful thing about Clear Scraps is the handmade in the USA and definitely the heart!

I created this tag by putting the 6" Puzzle mascil on the back, and coating it with glitter paint, then allowing it to dry completely and spray painting it in an ivory color.

After that I used an Autism stamp set and StazOn ink to stay the sentiment and hearts, I filled the hearts with a red pearl pen and added felt hearts that I handcut. Then I added pearl strands as an accent.

It was a fun take to create, and I hope it inspires other Autism crafting to happen around the world. It's so near and dear to my heart. Happy Monday friends! And don't forget to check out the cool Clear Scraps Puzzle Mascil/Stencil!
