Gingerbread Christmas Fun Tutorial!

Merry Christmas and many blessing to you all on this beautiful Christmas Day.

I have one last project to share for the holidays, it's this sweet little Gingerbread card I created using the Clear Scraps Gingerbread Banner from the Creating Made Easy December kit.Gingerbread Card Creating Made Easy Clear Scraps Pinky Hobbs3

I had a few leftover pieces and decided this was the perfect time to create with them. If you haven't subscribed, it's an amazing kit club!

After removing the film from the Gingerbread banner piece I used the Snow Writer that was in the kit to create the "Frosting" around my Gingy!

Then I took some brown cardstock and trim out around the Gingerbread.

A used my bone folder to create a crease on the head and where the snow writer frosting was that's where I dabbed my Beacon zip dry glue to hold it.

I trimmer out the patterned paper from the kit where it said "Tis The Season" and put it on the cardstock like a little sweater.

Then in the front I added the Happy Happy Holidays I also cut from the patterned paper.

I added gems from the kit and some burlap twine in a bow that I had from a previous kit.

It's fun, and completely handmade but special in it's own way.

Merry Christmas everyone!
