Hello Clear Scraps friends! Jennifer on the blog today to share a mini I created using the Mixable Cassy 8x8 Album. For my 40th birthday, my husband threw me a surprise party and the Cassy Album is a perfect size to show off some of my favorite photos from that night! The album comes with both acrylic and chipboard pages!
I love how each page increases in size so that your back pages peek out!
I used a large manila tag as a fun insert to my book. Before embellishing the tag, I used my 6 inch Wood Grain Mascil to color the bottom portion.
The Wood Grain Mascils are one of my favorites of many! I love the effect it creates!
You can apply a little or a lot of spray ink depending on what kind of effect you would like. Don't be afraid to play around with the Mascils!
Thank you for stopping by today! Check out the large selection of Mixable Albums in the Clear Scrap shop, as well as the many Mascils! Have a great day!
Additional products used: patterned paper, chipboard, decorative brads, buttons, enamel dots, stickers, sequins, die cuts: Teresa Collins Designs; wood veneer shapes: Teresa Collins Designs, Freckled Fawn; bakers twine: The Twinery; spray ink: Tattered Angels; stamp: American Crafts: manila tag, ink: Ranger, misc: thread, paper clips.
