Some CHA Goodness!

Aren't you just loving all of the CHA goodies that Clear Scraps is releasing? Hello, Guiseppa here and I want to share a couple of projects with you that are being releases.

Have you seen these awesome Word Frames? Clear Scraps is putting out ones made out of chipboard as well as acrylic. I played with the We Love Dad...made out of chipboard. I wanted it simple and masculine. I painted it blue and added some patterend paper where the letters are.

Fun right? There are so may things you can do with this. Try some pictures inside the letters.

Up next...a mini! This is a clear and chip album.

I simply decorated this album with patterned paper and sticker. So simple, but that is what is great about being able to work with clear scraps minis. Make it your own:)

New Basketball Chip Album

It's almost time for CHA and that means new product reveals! I hope you've been enjoying seeing the fun new releases from Clear Scraps! Our design team is having a blast creating with all these Clear Scraps goodies!

Today I am sharing a fun mini album I created with the new Basketball Chip Album. This mini is perfect to document all of those action shots of your basketball star!

The cover of the album has open slots so you can show through your first page, or do as I did and insert different patterned paper in each slot. I used the cover as my pattern to trace each piece. Before adhering the individual pieces, I glued a solid piece to the backside of the cover.

I used my journaling pen to trace around each individual piece of patterned paper to help it stand out.

Each page, I used liquid adhesive to affix the paper to the chipboard. I then carefully trimmed around the edges followed by using my sanding tool to take care of any excess paper.

This album is big enough to fit 4x6 photos with a little trimming!

A Layout With Feathers Mixers

Hello Clear Scraps Friends. Elena is here to share with a Layout I made using

brand new Feathers Mixers

Feathers Mixers - These one of a kind embellishments are ideal for the mixed media artist. Each Mixer is approx. 3.5" x 8" and very versatile. Use as a stencil for both positive and negative images. In addition, you can remove the film and decorate as an embellsihment.

I decided to color them and use as the embellishments.
But at first I colored the XL Dots. To create the drips I used Shimmerz mists and then accented teh color with alcohol inks.

I colored the base with alcohol inks, added some texture with Shimmerz Texturez and made some random stamping with Staz - On. The papers are adhered to the bacside of the circles

The Feathers I colored with alcohol inks, stamped with Staz-On and embellished with rhinestones

and this is the texture on my LO

Mixer Sneak Peek

Hi everyone! Wendy here with a sneak peek at two new items being released!

I am so excited about this Polka Dot Mascil! Its the perfect background for scrapbooking and cardmaking. I used it to add clear embossing paste to an acrylic 12 x 12 sheet and then sprinkled glitter over it while it was still wet.

The butterfly is a new product called Mixers. You can use the negative and postive pieces as stencils or use the acrylic pieces as embellishments as I did in this layout.

Chipboard Jar Album With Pinky

Good morning, are you excited about all the new releases??

This is the BRAND NEW just released Mason Jar Chipboard Album

from Clear Scraps! Come on you know you want this one!!!!

I am dying to get my hands on the Clear Scraps Acrylic version!

On the front I used the Fern Leaf Mascil which is also brand new!

And inside I used the awesome Utensil Mascil!

I painted the tops with shiny gold Krylon paint- apparently I am on

a Krylon gold paint kick this year LOL

This was a fun one and you definitely need to check out all the newest

Together Layout...

Hello everyone, this is Adora, wishing you all a happy new year!! May this year bring peace, joy and lots of blessings. This is my very first project/post for this year. I created this layout for my daughters best friend.

Clear Scraps Supplies I used on this project; 12 X 12 Acrylic Sheet, Chicken Wire Mascils and Expression Small Together.

Other Supplies; Imaginisce Paper, 7Gypsies, Prima Flower, Stazon Ink pad and Beacon Adhesive Glue.

I'm a Bird Watcher with Clear Scraps!

Hi everyone, Connie here with another way to use the Birds acrylic border by Clear Scraps. Don't be afraid:):), cut it apart.

I cut the bird border into three sections. I used Fast Finish Decoupage by Beacon to adhere the vintage book print, to the back of the bird sections. I used the Woven Paper by DCWV to make the tag border.
