Hello once again!
Kay here with a bright colored layout of my little guy! On this layout I've used two fabulous products by Clear Scraps--the
Small Oval Fancy Frame & the
6" Swirl Mascil.

In this close up you can see both these products in action. For the acrylic frame I went with alcohol inks. You simply can't go wrong when combining acrylic with alcohol ink. I decided to go with a bold effect. So instead of 'dabbing' the alchol inks with the applicator I directly applied drops of alcohol inks right onto the acrylic frame & let it air dry. These inks dry quickly--so you don't have to wait long. Applying alcohol inks directly onto the acrylic result in bolder colors & designs. I used a combination of yellow, blue & green alcohol inks.
For the mascil...I simply dabbed a bit of Mustard Seed distress ink to get my swirly design onto my background. Simple as that!

I hope this inspires some of you to experiment with alcohol inks & acrylic! The results are always beautiful & visually appealing!
this is gorgeous Kay!! Love the colors and the clear frame! :)
