Jazzed Up Acrylic Frame
June 06, 2013
Hello everyone! Today, I would like to share a layout where I've jazzed up an acrylic medium square fancy frame by Clear Scraps.
Here is a close-up on it.
I've first stamped on it with some flourishes stamps and black solvent ink such as Staz On on its front. Then, I colored the flourishes with Copic markers on its back. When they are fully dry, I used sorbet and velvet from Art Anthology to paint over them from the back and on the edges in the front.
I also used a mascil by Clear Scraps to create part of the design on the background.
Next time when you think of using an acrylic frame or acrylic embellishment on your project, try to jazz it up with some stamping and painting! Happy creating!

Beautiful! I love the colors & bling and the subtle use of the Mascil in the background. Very nice!
