Clear Scraps Plaque dressed up for Easter

Hello Clear Scraps friends! Leah here with you today to share this sweet little plaque I created to decorate for the upcoming Easter Holiday. We'll be working with the following Clear Scraps products: Scallop Corners Plaque and Mini Dragonfly Album.

CSEAscallop-2T          CSMNdragonfly-2T

This took around an hour to put together, but I'm pretty sure it would have been less time had I not been sick and making silly mistakes. ;-)

To start I removed the packaging from the front of the Scallop Plaque, and punched two holes in the corners for hanging. I then alcohol inked clouds on there using a stencil. While the alcohol ink was out, I removed the protective film from one dragonfly from the mini album and alcohol inked it with Cranberry and Sunshine yellow colors. I added some Cosmo Cricket rhinestones, bent the wings upwards a bit, and it was ready as an embellishment.

I then selected my Hug Snug seam binding and tied it to the plaque so it could be hung. I used cut files from Miss Kate Cuttables and my Cameo Silhouette to create the Easter bunny and title. I cut the files using Colorbok cardstock and Bo Bunny Double Dots pattern paper. I adhered the designs together after cutting, then adhered them to the scallop plaque.
