Clear Scraps Acrylic Valentine's Box Tutorial by Pinky!

Good morning Clear Scraps friends,
Pinky here today with a fun tutorial.
I know many of you are making Valentine's Day boxes for your child's classroom, and I got to thinking that it would be so much fun to make my son an acrylic box!
Here is how I created this box.
Trim out 6- 6X6" pieces of Clear Scraps 12X12 acrylic sheet.

Trim out 5 pieces of patterned paper- 6X2"
Use Bone Folder to fold them at 1".
Using 1" side of paper, and Beacon 3N1 adhesive, adhere one side to bottom of 4 Clear Scraps panels.

Adhere all panels together as shown. This will create the box base.

Use Washi tape to adhere all the way around top and create box.
Take Washi tape and run extra layer right above patterned paper on the bottom.
(because kids can get rough on these!).

Using same tachnique with patterned paper, adhere one side of the lid to the box.
Punch small hole into lid and front panel to string the lid on.
Now the lid will open and close.
Add embellishments!

That's it! It's adorable, fun and unique!

I hope you enjoyed this quick tutorial, see you next time!
