Have You Met Mascils? By Pinky

Good morning Clear Scraps friends, Pinky here today to share the BRAND New Clear Scraps Release-

Mascils!!

Amazing new mask/stencils in fabulous designs by Clear Scraps.

This card I created using Clear Scraps acrylic sheet, cut down to card size then painted on the back and texture painted using the Mascil on the front.

I used the Shattered Glass Mascil and I love the cracked effect.

Not only are they creative and edgy but they are also completely affordable!

They really add that special touch to my cards and projects, Clear Scraps has created so many designs I am sure you will find on you LOVE and have to have I know I found at least 6 I am going to add to my artistic stash.

Clear Scraps has created everything from Branches and Circle to Gears, and they come in 6X6 PLUS 12X12 so they will work for card makers and scrapbookers just the same. Perfect for canvases too or any project.

For this project I used Tim Holtz stamps, Momenta Metals, Glitz Stickers, Momenta Paper, Vintage Lace (from my grandmothers stash), and vintage buttons.

To create the textured paint look I stifled the paint on in layers. It didn't take anything extra just time to dry two layers.

Easy and fun!

Until next time- keep creating friends!!

Pinky, I love all the mixed media, and layers! And you are so right, in that Clear Scraps has so many things to offer. I am working on a 6x6 acrylic Christmas album, and really want some of the new products to finish the cover. Great job, Pinky!
