What can you do with acrylic sheets?

Hey bloggers Rita Barakat here with an idea on how to use those

12 x12 acrylic sheets from Clear Scraps!

Because the acrylic is clear I was able to place it on top of the tears I  drew on my page

and trace the shape directly on the acrylic with a sharpie. I cut out the tears with a scissors.

 I colored the tears with

Alcohol inks and glued them onto my page with Gel Medium.
The words are actually written on the page underneath-  it's a really fun effect!
