Making an acrylic box

Clear Scraps' Brag Bags make incredible mini-albums for all sorts of themes and occasions.

But, here's one more thing you can do with them:  make a box.

For this project I used the Clear Scraps Travel (suitcase-shaped) Brag Bag.

I took the first and last pages of this album and used them as is.

Then I took the middle pages and cut them to size - a strip the length of the bottom of the front pages, but slightly narrower than it was originally.

I took another middle page and cut it the same width, but half the height so it could be the ends of the box.  I used a long strip of sticker to cover over the pre-punched holes in the front and back covers of this album and then I got busy with my Bind-it-All and punched holes on all the sides that I needed to coil together to form my box.

When the box was assembled, I added more stickers (all from Basic Grey) and a couple of ribbons on the handles and it's ready to fill up with whatever I want to display or carry around :)

Thanks for stopping by!
