A quick tutorial on acrylic

Family tri fold frame

Hello all.

Today I want to share with you what I made with the new Tri fold cast acrylic frames.

Family home decor

I used the regular frame and placed Basic Grey pattern papers on the back of them. I love how even though you cover the whole acrylic piece in pattern paper, because it's adhered on the back, the texture and shiny aspect of the acrylic still shows in your projects.

I also added a piece of acrylic from the mini deco album for a quote sticker that I wanted to add to my project. I was worried about the hole in the acrylic piece but luckily because of it's clear aspect, you don't even see the hole. I added Pearl pen paint from Viva Decor on the edges of all the acrylic pieces to emphasize their shapes. I also added some strips of fabric and ribbon here.

Here's some close ups.....

I used some clear adhesive dots to adhere the papers onto the acrylic. Because of the busyness of the patterns you can't hardly see the adhesive but just to make sure, I added some flowers and leaves on top of the portions where the adhesive is located. Now nobody is the wiser when it came to where I placed my adhesives! *wink*

So there you have it. Make sure you check these fun Clear Scraps and all the rest of the product line here.

Till next time,

Grace
