Today, I would like to share a layout that I've created using various acrylic shapes from Clear Scraps to form the design. In this layout, I've used three small acrylic stars, an acrylic circle and a piece from the large acrylic banner. Could you spot them in the layout?
I've used all the acrylic pieces to layer and form the geometrical design of this layout. To make it more visible, I've applied some techniques on it.
On the first two small acrylic stars, I've embossed them and later add glitter or ink them using Staz On. I've also used some Zig Painty markers to highlight their edges.
I've inked the acrylic circle with alcohol ink and later punch on it's edges to distress ink. I've used this piece in the layering design of this layout.
I've flipped the banner piece to form a tree shape in the geometrical design of the layout. I've inked it with alcohol ink and detail it with a button. I've added some pattern paper to the third acrylic star and highlight it's edges using some Viva Decor pearl pen.
Hope you all find this layout inspirational! Try all the techniques that I've shared today and have some acrylic fun! Check for more close-ups and details on this layout at my blog.
