2 Hot Chicks and a NSD Winner!
May 01, 2010
For those of you who know me or follow my blog,
you know this year we have ventured into raising chickens!
We now have 14 total. I was blessed to be able to travel to West Virginia this spring and a surprise was waiting for me, these 2 chicks in the very special Orange and Green colors!
I could not wait to scrap them but was trying to figure out a special way, then it hit me!
Let's cut some acrylic!
I cut this using my Cricut, I had to cut it 3 times, but it turned out cute I think!
I used a Clear Scraps 12X12 sheet of acrylic and cut it at 11.5"
You can see that chipboard butterfly and it is from the Clear N Chip ABBIE'S LOVE for that butterfly.
I love playing with the sheets of acrylic, the possibilities are absolutely endless!
Egg shaped isn't just for Easter you know! hehehe Well, if you have chickens anyways.
I hope you share your acrylic projects with us, we love to se what you make too!
~Have a beautiful day~
