I'm sure most of us had tried making some ATCs using card stocks or pattern papers. But have you tried using acrylic? If you have not try it, you SHOULD!! One of Clear Scraps latest release during last CHA is the acrylic ATC pieces. They are pre-cut acrylic in the size of an ATC. The acrylic really inspire me to create a very different kind of ATC.
I've tried to maintainthe see-throughness of the acrylic ATC in my design to make it more unique. I've added just a few small pieces of pattern papers to it and used the acrylic paint stamping technique to create my design on it.
The dragonfly is cut out from a piece of acrylic and later embossed it's wings using an embossing tool. I've inked it's wings with some alcohol ink and add some Stickles to it. Isn't this ATC fun? Try to create your version of it! You'll love it!
