Clear Scraps Bookstands = Instant sign

The Clear Scraps Bookstands are amazing.  They are designed so you can display any of your Clear Scraps mini albums within the size of the stand.  Well being me I always like to change things up and use things in ways other then attended for.  So when I received the 8x8 bookstand from Clear Scraps I knew right away I wanted to make some kind of sign or piece of art with it to display in my scrap room.  I grabbed my favorite Making Memories paint and on the back of the sign started spreading my paint.  No paint brush is needed as the more "grungY" it looks the better.  Once I got the look I wanted I took on of my 12x12 Raven Magic Mesh sheets and pushed it into the paint to give me the graph look I wanted.  Trim off the left over Magic Mesh to save for the front or another project.  I then started to create on the front.  using left over rub-ons from American Crafts, Hambly and Fancy Pants and Chipboard alphas and a few other favorite embellishments and adding bling because honestly bling always give you that final touch that always makes your project sparkle.

With this being a bookstand it's easy to display anywhere.  The possabilites are endless when it comes to this.
