Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here to share some of the fun products that are found in the Clear Scraps April kit. This kit includes an acrylic travel album that can be used for lots of fun projects and a fun paper pack from Simple Stories.
I began by painting the acrylic suitcase panels brown. On the front and back covers I used a stencil to create a faux crocodile effect.
For the interior panels, I cut apart assorted travel papers and stickers.
I loved the map page so I used it for the center of the suitcase.
Next, I used more coordinating papers, then created tags and added them between the pages. This allows more space to add journaling or even more photos. Assorted stickers were added to the pages.
My final pages say it all - See the World - which I let span two pages. I placed stickers around the pages to help emphasize the travel theme.
Finally, I added assorted stickers to the front cover simulating the labels that were placed on suitcases in days gone by. Now all you need to do is add photos.
I added rings to the pages, then ties scraps of ribbon to each.
Other Supplies: Delta Paint, Memento Ink, molding paste
Thanks for stopping by.
