How have you been enjoying the projects from the November 2017 CME kit?
Today I'm sharing another layout using the XL Scallop shape and the beautiful vine circle chipboard embellishments from the November kit.
Feel free to click on any photo to see closer details.
To start, I cut out a leafy background using my Cameo Silhouette. I adhered them to the front of the acrylic.
I then turned it over, peeled off the protective film, and colored in the leaves on the backside using alcohol ink from my stash.
As you can see, it didn't stay in the lines, and some of the inks pushed into other colors, but it reminded me of a watercolor look, and I loved it. I then cut out a square piece of the gingham paper and adhered it to the backside of the layout.
I cut apart the vine chippy embellishments and painted them using distress inks from my stash and used one as a focal point for my photo, and another I created a place to show the date the photo was taken.
Cute right?
I hope you keep checking back to see the gorgeous work using this month's Creating Made Easy kit!
