I'm so happy to share my projects this month with you all using the fabulous and patriotic JUNE 2017 kit from Creating Made Easy. Today I will be sharing my Fourth of July mini album. I have it ALL ready for my fourth of July celebrations next month. All I will have to do is add photos. Pretty Nifty.
The focus on the cover is the beautiful 2017 chipboard title. I was so excited to get coloring the title, that I accidentally tore mine.
I was being pretty careless, so I was a bit upset with myself. The great thing about Clear Scraps products though, is that they are pretty forgiving.
I colored mine with a chalk based ink pad. And then I added some gel acrylic paint dots to add some interest and to help hide the fact I tore my title. lol
While the paint drops are drying, I quickly chose papers for each side of my album, adhered the paper and trimmed them.
Pretty right? Now it's time to get decorating. I always start with the cover as my inspiration for the album.
I added a lot of Beacons 3-in-1 glue to the 2017 title so I could repair it. It worked pretty well.
Here are the inside pages.
For this page I just glue down three sides of the papers to create spots for the tags you see. They're removable. I plan on putting small photos on these.
Sorry this was a bit photo heavy. I just love showing the inside of the albums and processes pics when I can.
Have a wonderful day and grab a kit. They are packed and fabulous!
