Hi Clear Scrap fans, Steph here today and I would love to share another project I created using the Clear Scraps April kit.
Included in the April kit is a Corner Mixer, which is an acrylic die cut. I've used the Corner Mixer on my cards and tag. They are very versatile and can be used as stencils for both positive and negative images. You can also remove the film, decorate and add to your project as an embellishment
My first card uses the Mixer as a stencil.
Leaving the film in place, I pounced ink over the Mixers to create the design on my panel.
My next card also uses the stencil, but this time I used spray inks to create my design.
I placed the stencils on a small panel and sprayed inks over them. Once I removed the stencils, the negative image remains.
And finally, I used one of the Mixers as an embellishment. I removed the film and painted the Mixer then adhered it to my tag.
Finally, I created a pocket on the tag. I then stamped a coffee cup and sentiment and adhered them to the pocket before inserting cash in the pocket.
Why not give the Mixers a try. I know you will love them.
Additional supplies used: Paint: Tattered Angels, Stamps: Joy Clair, Ribbon: May Arts
