Hi everyone! Tammy here with you today with a fun owl magnet frame for your refrigerator. The thing that I really like about the September Creating Made Easy Kit is that you can take apart the owl mini album and use the front two pieces to make a cute photo frame. Here is how I made mine.
Supplies:
Chipboard Owl Album
Papers from the kit
Other supplies I used:
Brown ink
Rhinestones
Zip Dry adhesive
Embossing folders and Sizzix machine
Directions:
Trace and cut papers to fit the owl chipboard.
Emboss the paper for the lower half of the owl with a wood texture embossing folder and die cutting machine.
Emboss the pieces of paper for the ears with a polka dot embossing folder and die cutting machine.
Ink around the inside and outside of all pieces to add depth.
Attach papers to the owl and turn the front piece over and attach your photo to the back.
Attach the back piece of the owl frame to the front piece to hide the back side of the photo. Use Zip Dry to add crystals to the eyes.
Add self adhesive magnets to the back of the frame
That's it, you are done! This looks so cute on my refrigerator. I hope this gives you some unique ideas on how to use the pieces from the September Clear Scraps Creating Made Easy Kit!
