Hi everyone, Tammy here with you today with a fun double-sided scrapbook layout tutorial. I have recently started making 8x8 scrapbook layouts, I really like the 8x8 format. I love the papers, stickers and embellishments in the August kit from Clear Scraps Creating Made Easy Kit Club. Since the papers are double-sided, and I liked both sides, I created this double-sided layout. Here is how I made it...
Kit Supplies:
Mirror banner
Bicycle embellishment
Papers
Stickers
Acrylic frames
Other supplies:
Glue Dots
Twine
Alcohol markers
Glitter markers
Rhinestones
Directions:
Cut background paper to 8x8" and add a photo mat on top in the bottom right corner in a coordinating paper.
Decorate bicycle with alcohol ink markers and glitter markers. Add bicycle embellishment with Glue Dots.
Place the mirror banner pieces on the page with Glue Dots. Place decorative stickers on top of mirror pieces. Use more glue dots to secure the twine to the top to make them look like they are hanging on the page.
Add more stickers or photos of your choice.
On the backside I added some alcohol ink to the scallop frames and stacked the papers and embellishments from the kit as shown above. I added some rhinestones for sparkle and I was done!
That's it, so easy to create with all of the stickers, papers and embellishments from the August kit. I really love how this layout turned out, and I hope I have given you some ideas on how to create projects of your own with the August kit from Clear Scraps Creating Made Easy Kit Club.
